I had a 1/2LBS BISON burger today... yumm.
Anyone ever have bison burgers? Cripes. Get the insanely thick ones at the supermarket, Load it on the bbq, cook it for 7 minutes on each side, drop it between buns.. no condiments, cheese or nothing, just bread and meat.

It was an orgasm with every bite. So juicy, flavourful and full of goodness.
Best part? It's only one third the fat of lean beef.
