1. maybe it will happen after us exit iraq, and then there will be no permission needed.
2. why would israel need us's permission to fly over saudi arabia?
3. it's also possible to fly over lebanon and syria, and there are more complicated ways too.. look at the map.
it's obvious that israel won't bomb iran without us permission, but permission doesn't mean us will actively involve in the bombing.
