Take this how you will but I will never promote a sponsor who responds like that.
How about gritting your teeth, swearing to yourself about what a douchebag the guy might genuinely be and then responding with something like
"dig420 is in the middle of a move to vegas. he has no internet access. i've forwarded the link to this thread to him and i'm sure he'll address it when he's back online."
