Verotel is the solution. You can get around the $750 Visa fee (though what the others are saying about trying to avoid it has merrit). Verotel will allow you to process without the 750 fee, b/c, as they say, their processor does not sit on US soil.

Anyhow, I've been using them for over 2 years. Never a problem. They have 2 solutions verotel light and verotel pro. check them out, they are reliable.
