Hats off to Ibill. Today I am reinstating their service to my website. You have to give them credit cause let me tell you, I have already been screwed over by a merchant that went bankrupt. Ibill, through their new ownership, re-organized and not only started to pay back a portion of the First Data money, they got back on track with re-bills, and TODAY I HAD AN EMERGENCY. I won't go in to what it was, but did consider going to those companies that owe me funds. Ibill being one of them. Having spoken with a representative there, it was not two hours later that the funds I needed were in my bank account. They sure as hell came through far beyond my expectations. If they let you down in the past, they will not do it again. My rep was confident, sharp, knew the answers, and went to bat for me. Get them back as a processor if you took them off. Many stood by them and I now stand by them for however long I am in the website business.
