ive checked. he seems to be a small webmaster

now, one other issue i have is although the my site will have a different niche then his site, the design of the two sites will be somewhat similar. Its hard tio explain witout giving away the domain (dont want some gfy lurker registering it) but basically, the domains in question contain a animal name in it, and on his site, he has pictures of this animal, and on my site, i want to have pictyures of the same animal...so in that regard, both the sites will have the same exact component.

how do you guys feel about that? does that change things? the important thing here is that i dont want to screw this guy, just because he is a small timer and couldnt fight back.
