When I requested an address change, this is the e-mail I received :

That was 6 days ago. Ok, it was friday. I understand that the support team might be off during the weekend. But come on, 6 days later and no changes?
Not even an e-mail telling me they have a million things to do and it might take longer. Communication please.. This is the internet..

Same here, I requested an address change and form of payment change at least twice in the last 30 days and it never got taken care of.
