They are my number one sponsor. Their sites kick ass. But sometimes, their support suck. I hate using that word, but it's the second time I have to do this to get their attention. I hate doing that.
When I requested an address change, this is the e-mail I received :
"Your request has been submitted to our Support Staff. Your request will
be reviewed and answered in the next 24 to 48 hours. Traffic Cash Gold
will reply directly to the email, entered on the admin form."
That was 6 days ago. Ok, it was friday. I understand that the support team might be off during the weekend. But come on, 6 days later and no changes?
Not even an e-mail telling me they have a million things to do and it might take longer. Communication please.. This is the internet..
