simple and quick:
ingredients:
chicken breasts (thawed)
pasta
olive oil
tomatoes
parmesian cheese
basil
garlic (or garlic salt)
get your favorite shape of pasta, i prefer to use ziti for this. i usually try to get barilla brand pasta to, because it is hard to over cook it.
get some chicken breasts (thawed).
lightly flour your chicken breasts and pan fry them in olive oil over a medium heat. cook you pasta off, top with a light bit of olive oil, garlic salt, and basil.
when your chicken is close to done cooking, toss halved plum tomatoes in and cook slightly. slice chicken and place on pasta with tomatoes. top with parmesian cheese, enjoy. ;]
seriously though, you should really learn to cook. once you get used to it you will really enjoy it, and women always love a man that can cook a great meal.
