I believe I've mentioned this before... and yes you may be able to have SEX with younger girls, but portraying even a 30 year old woman in say pigtails with teddy bears is child porn, do not pass go, do not collect $200. It's the Child Protection Act, and it's going to be further amended this year.. stay tuned
