I dont think thats quite what they mean..
They mean if someone searches for "olson twins" that isnt an adult term they are getting adult results..
Or "soccer" and getting "soccer sluts". And in this they are very right In both yahoo and google even with filters on they dont do a very good job of filtering out adult content ( and they could ). So why should programs like kazza and morpheous have to have searching filters if common search engines arent adhering to the same ethics..
But they are ALL completely missing the point..
You dont enforce filters on every website on the internet and every server to protect children , because it will never work.. You have to do it on a base level..
Kids shouldn't be on the internet PERIOD. They should be on limited networks of sites that are acceptable and thats it..
Yahoo or google just wouldnt be allowed or shouldnt be allowed by any children.. ( certainly not the way it works now ) . Imagine a small child who cant spell looking up GOATSES.. That would scar me for life if i was "8" and saw that shit..
