Some suggestions:
-get a background color
For example grey to white: This looks a lot better and is not hard to do.
- Make it more compact. It I'll make it easier to browse for visitors which will result in them coming back
-Also make sure the links are easy to read. The blue link aren't very good visible because of the white background.
