I deserved respect, efficiency and honesty, but obviously I went about it the wrong way. Next time I wont send polite form emails, post polite forum messages, send polite icq messages to yourself and Lara. Next time I'll use smoke signals.

However when people do ICQ me with their issues, I make sure to send them to support, or help them if I have the time. However when no one contacts me, there isn't much I can do with that.

True, in all honesty, since you have sorted my problems I should indeed have contacted you. However, in my own defence, I contacted about everyone else (INCLUDING my account rep!), and used every other means of communication (barring smoke signals) to resolve the issue.
If someone had told me "dont bother contacting Bryan, he has no authority and does not have the information required to be helpful, dont contact Lara because she'll make you wait 3 weeks and i never in the office, dont post a forum message because it will be deleted (and we'll use the excuse it's offensive or racist or something", dont send form emails because they only get a 1 in 5 response . . . don't do any of those, just contact Varius, he's the man, he's a cool, efficient mofo that can leap buildings and see through walls, he'll do it for you matey!" . . . then YES, if someone had told me this, I'd have gone straigh to Varius, problem solved.
