No the sad thing is, that the same person will sue them, and win a ton of money, instead of just not looking at the cup.
Look at the old lady that sues Mc Donalds, because she went to the drive thru, put a cup of coffee between her legs, and then spilled it, and got burnt. So she got like 5million for that. She said that the coffee was too hot.
