I understand how sometimes, people may find me "cold" or "rude" on ICQ if I'm doing a million things at a time, but please keep in mind
I'M NOT A SUPPORT REP.
However when people do ICQ me with their issues, I make sure to send them to support, or help them if I have the time. However when no one contacts me, there isn't much I can do with that.
