You are completely delusional. He made numerous contact attemts. Can't you read? What does telling time have to do with anything? The internet is 24hrs. You know that. If he left a message or emailed them at 3am their time for example they could answer when they got in the office.
You're just jumping on him to make yoruself feel better and because you are flying their signature.
Iwantu has terrible support. It's a fact. I had to deal with them before and was ignored on countless occasions. It wasn't until I was talking to Micheal that things at least got answered. People shouldn't have to go to the head of the chain to get answers. That speaks volumes about how confident their reps are.
it took my buddy 2 weeks of constant contacts to get someone to at least answer him for a missing payment. TWICE. What does that tell you?
