I find it funny that you have not tried contacting either myself or Michael (the owner) if you believ our reps "don't have the authority to help you". Our ICQ numbers are easy to find....again, here's mine: 520468.

I have also checked our DB logs and see NO record of any contact form submission by you.

I'm sure whatever your problem is can be quickly resolved. Please note that we are usually not online on GFY though at 3am-4am. I just love how the people with complaints always feel it best to post them when they know we won't be around for a few hours, don't you ?

Anyhow if you ICQ me OR use our contact form, your issue will be solved. You should have done so to begin with and saved a lot of time.
