The problem was however not that I could not contact someone, in this case Bryan ( who always made himself available). The problem was that Bryan did not have the authority to look into payments and, after 17 days of emails, a deleted message post, and icq requests, and Bryan trying to get ahold of "the person, I could not have the person who does have authority sort out the problem.
