You're absolutely right and I'm sorry your friend has the same problems. I do ok for money but this can seriously hurt some people. I have a couple of kids and if this was my sole source of income, I'd - and my family- would be screwed, quite literally. I actually switched back to another sponsor first thing this morning and doubt very much I will return.
Thing is, I'm a pretty easy-going guy and I guess I let people get away with murder but enough is enough.
