OK, I'm TRYING not to lose my temper. I want someone to HELP me sort out the PROBLEMS with my account. I've emailed my REP and after a WEEK the email I get back does NOT answer my questions.

I'm not naming names.

I'm not publically ranting about all of the problems.

HOWEVER...

ICQ : no answer

EMAIL : SLOW AND UNSATISFACTORY ANSWER.

YOUR FORUM : My Post Gets Deleted.

What else can I do??????

If you own the fucking program or have more authority than a rep, PLEASE would you get in touch???

Bryan (a genuinely helpful and excellent guy, but who is unable to help because he lacks the authority) will be able to tell you my account user (tiscali @) which is of course also my email address.

Please contact me soon, before I flip. I can't send any more traffic until this is resolved. I am VERY SORRY for posting this on GFY but I've tried every other means first and even in this post I'm not exposing my issues or the parties involved.

Waiting to get some help.
