In ohio, if you let someone else drive your car.. and they wreck it.. You the owner of the car, is responsible for paying all damages, if you have insurance, they only cover whoever is listed on the insurance.. if not, its up to you. The owner of the car, not the driver if you let someone borrow it.

So.. to clarify, in Arizona you let someone borrow your car, in this case its not insured, and they wreck your car into someone elses.

Who would be responsible for paying, you as the owner of the car? Or the person you let drive your car?
