As I think it's time to start getting healthier, I have already changed my eating habits to drop most junk and add in more fruits, vegetables and fish.
Now I will add to that a bit
1) I will not drink any alcohol for one month. Nothing, not even a beer.
2) I will not eat for one week, but only drink water, juices and tea. This isn't to drop lots of weight quickly, though it probably will do some. This is an AWESOME way to detoxify the body from years of drinking and eating badly.
I know I can do it easily, because I have a very strong will. As well, I've done it before (for different reasons). I took a bet once to not eat, not drink alcohol, not have sex and not masturbate for one solid week. Trust me, in that week, the food was the last thing on my mind
So now, who's with me ?? Come on, it's healthy and everyone should do it one week per year anyways
