thats what I was wondering? like are they legal to buy just seeds? I mean they are nothing more then seeds. As well as are there reputable places to order from. I am not intrested of course I am just wondering as someone sent me a sitye earlier full of seeds. I am just wondering if they can actually have them sent to you.
