This is like those messageboards that displays "who is online" but instead of just the member name it will display the entire member profile with a sample pic of the member. And then you can click the members name see more pics of this person and send them a private message...just like you can with a messageboard.
So I guess I just need someone to take a messageboard and hack it up so it displays differently.
I have no idea how much php programming rates are so I dont know if this is a $500 job or a 10k job.
Any idea of a rough estimate?

Is'nt the same as a personal ad? If it is then I know someone that can do it. It will probably run you between $1000-$5000. A very good stable program.
