Well, if you are keeping these kinds of records without a backup system in place then you're in the wrong line of work... What I would suggest would be a system with removable hard disks in drawers so you can plug your backup drive in, make any of your changes to your 2257 records, and then use SyncBackSE from
www.2brightsparks.com to automatically do the backup to the spare disk.. then when it's done, undock it from the machine and then the inspector can take whatever they want... All you have to do is plug your backup into another machine and keep on going...
