I cannot recommend ProAdult enough. I've seen retention anywhere between 50% to 80% on a month to month basis with Quantum (their monthly rebill "premium" program).

You can also do the basic annual-bill site program and upsell to Quantum, which also works really well.

My expirements with other AVS networks resulted in 1/100th of the sales I've made with ProAdult. I've had little need to go anywhere else and been really happy with them overall. Plus the substantial income I've been able to generate thru them is what allowed me to turn this "hobby" into my full-time business.
