Because I truly just do NOT know, I am going to try out what you are saying and see if that works better.
Right now I have a fake-version (non-linked thumbs, etc) of my members section with a big message at the top saying "attention members, in order to optimize your viewing experience you MUST click on "Yes" when prompted. If you already clicked "No" and the site is not working properly, simply reload this page and then click "Yes"".
It seems to work pretty well.
For the month of July I will create a fake members section where say the first 10 image-links work, and the rest go to a page saying "Your account has expired! Click here to renew your account at the special members-only rate of $9.95!!"
I will bump this thread in a few weeks and let you know which one has made me more money. If anyone has any suggestions on better ways to capitolize off of this traffic, lemme know and I will add it to my experiment.
