There may be, but for rebills that's all I really know. I can't keep up with which are closed and which are open, since I don't do AVS anymore. I would still go with the TTI sites on recurring, anyway.
ProAdult used to be good for recurring on single girl/real amateur sites. Not sure how they'd do with glamor/babe traffic. If I remember correctly, the Quantum (rebill) sites don't allow any upselling, though.
If you've got your own traffic to send and think you can make the sale on your site alone, CSN will probably make you the most $, in terms of rebills. Just make small feeder sites and stick them on all the AVSs. Do Baddog's and some of the other free ones, like SexKey.
