I am going to Croatia from Germany with a few friends, one of their girlfriends' dad lives in Croatia, so we're staying at his place. As far as hotels Hilton, Starwood Hotels (Westin, Sheraton, W, etc.) and most other nicer hotels offer wireless. Lufthansa also offers on board wireless access on transatlantic flights.
