I gotcha. But the 1.5 has to be in something and make some income or long term move.
I was just looking at the Dow Jones Industrial Average in the US. It has a 5% yield right now. Historically stable and nice coupon rate.
Put your cash in something like that and you have 75k a year extra to reinvest or blow on stuff.
But I need an adress for statements. And a way to transfer the cash etc. Brazil which is where I would move is very backward on some of this stuff. The good news is this got me thinking about it again.
