I'll tell you some good ones to buy that dont cost a bunch , but pack a hell of a whallop..
I think they are called hummeroos or screecheroos Its shaped like a 6 inch firecracker and when you light it it goes screeeeech and one little pop. The trick is get a whole shitload of them and pound them down with a hammer then wrap them in duct tape, awesome shit.. Some variations you can do is, dip them in glue after they have been pounded down , then roll them in bb's or small pebbles, fill a 2 litre bottle of coke with gasoline and insert the screechers in the bottle ( you only need 1 or 2 )
btw its well worth your while if you have spent over $100 on fireworks to go to a hobby store and buy one of those cheap kids rockets with the electronic ignition. Might just save your hand one day..
If your into dangerous stuff, empty out the powder from screechers and then chop the top off a C02 cartridge from an airgun, fill it with the powder dip it in glue and bb's , and attach it to the base of a tree..
