Nah, it's all part of the rivalry between the Red Sox and The Yankees. If you don't live in New York or New England you will never understand it. It's unlike any other rivalary in sports anywhere. I was born into it. No one just "gets over it." The rivalry has been going on the past century and it will continue for as long as baseball is around.
