I thought I was ok because of all the girls gone wild type of sites and CD sales of stuff done in public... and wet t-shirt contest that were shot and they never collected releases and id's. I know this as I am in a lot of their vids and CD's and never signed anything for them.

I guess It will all have move it all offshore.
