I always said that law was more about censorship then CP fighting. That law is an effective way to bring down the porn US industry to disadvantage compare to the rest of the world.
Only 8% of reports are positive...man! I unsderstand why i get so little feedback on my own ASCAP reports...The french governement is actually a good model right now, in terms of getting those who produce CP in their own country, even with limited ressources. The 2257 law will do nothing against CP, in fact, it might even increase in the US since they aren't even targetted.
Acting on actual reports will do good against CP. That was what the French governement understood.
