Simple the HOST is immune. Doesn't mean the DOJ can't tell the US host to shut the site down. If you ran a CP site you host is immune from that too doesn't mean the government can't tell them to shut your CP site down. Why should a non-US webmaster risk getting his site shut down when it's just simpler to move his hosting to non-US hosting?
