In my opinion you need to get ahold of CCBill and get an explanation. It would seem to me that if a sponsor is told by their processor that an affiliate is commiting fraud, there isn't much else they can do but believe them. I'd demand an explanation from the source which would seem to be the processor.
Also, I've only heard good stuff about conversion cash, and Hooper seems like a straight up good guy.
