Sad story about business with Conversion Cash

Hi to All!

I came to a decision to tell this sad story, because, to my mind, any honest web-master can suddenly find himself in a situation like this.

My name is Alex.

My friends and I own a few TGP, one of which is www.xx-pics.com.

We are in this business for more than 4 years, and we worked together with a number of various sponsors.

Few months ago I decided to advertize Conversion Cash www.conversioncash.com .
I communicated via ICQ with one of its owners, named Kris (his ICQ is 86228368 shown on Conversion Cash site)
He assured me that he had the best program , absolutely without shaving, and I place their links on my site.
I like to get money via wire transfer, and initially we came to an agreement that as soon as the amount, earned by me, reaches
$1000, he was going to wire transfer my money to me.
However, due to the fact that I was sending the main traffic to another sponsors, I did not want to wait the moment that the sum hits $1000, and I asked Kris to send me a check. 'No problem', he said. I changed my info and began to wait for the check.
What a surprise I felt, when, 2 days after my request about the check, I tried to enter my account and read the
following message:

Your account has been terminated for violation of the Conversion Cash terms of service.
You will not be paid.
You will not be allowed back in.
You may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
No exceptions will be made

I contacted Kris, but he said he did not know anything about it.
An three days later I received from him an explanation to that what happened, and this really shocked me.

He said that CCBill declared that I had been using false credit cards!!!

Here are some extracts from our talk:

Kris 25.06.20 20:42
your account was closed because CCBill told us you were using false credit cards

Alex 25.06.20 20:44
What ????
I used false credit cards ???
What is shit ???
Pls send to me mail from them.
I never used any false CC.

Kris 25.06.20 20:46
i didn't get mail from them...
they called us

Alex 25.06.20 20:48
And how mach false cc was used in my traffic?
And from what IPs?
And when it was?

Kris 25.06.20 20:49
i don't know.. i'll find out all this for you

Alex 25.06.20 21:10
Ok. I'll wait.
Sorry but u bring an serious accusation against
me but your explanation like "CCBill called" r
too empty.
Explanation like yours can be in school but not
in business.
It looks like u don't want to pay money.
I recommend u to have a better argument for
explain why u don't pay.

Kris 25.06.20 21:19
the only reply i get from ccbill is that this account was scamming... they won't tell me
anything else.. we can't do anything to change
the situation...

You can see from this that my account has been closed and the money, which I earned so hard,
Conversion Cash has appropriated without any reasonable explanations.

I understand that nobody of honest web-masters can be sure for 100% that the traffic, which he sends to the sponsor,
is absolutely clear of fucking carders.
And if the cases of using false CC are repeating, the web-master should accept measures and change the sources
of his traffic.

But this situation is absolutely different.
The main traffic from my site is being routed to the well-known and respected sponsor FlashCash.
I entered his program 2 years ago, in March 2000. And I am deeply satisfied with our cooperation.

I wrote to him a letter asking him to answer this question:

Have you any fraud (carding or other shit) from visitors I send to you?

Here is what Jason from FlashCash replied to me about my traffic:

Your fraud levels are low-medium.
There are a few dodgy transactions but only a very small %.

Some questions are arising:
- Why those carders, who came from me, do not use false cc on sites FlashCash,
but, so Kris, are using them on sites Conversion Cash, though the traffic, which I send to FlashCash, is 10 times bigger?
- And, all-in-all, why do they need to use false cc on site Conversion Cash, if they offer Free Trial ?

The answer to these questions is obvous: the lie, either Conversion Cash, or CCBill.

I don't care too much about my money, appropriated by Conversion Cash, but these accusations to my person, outrage me.

I appeal to all the honest web-masters, and I ask you to answer the following questions:

1. To your mind, who is the cheater: Conversion Cash or CCBill ?

2. Is Conversion Cash honest sponsor, if he did not pay out the money which I have earned?

3. What should the honest web-master do in the business with cheaters?

I thank everybody beforehand, those who is going to reply to my message.
