a class c is a subnet of ip's. specifically 256 of them, meaning if your ip address is 10.1.1.0 and you own the class c for it you won from 10.1.1.0-255. the next class c would be 10.1.2.0-255. if ip's are in the same class c, they get tagged by yahoo. ideally you have multiple ip's all in different subnets or class c's. please ask me if you didn't understand.
