There are definitely a few ways. I think most tgps understand galleries need to be changed. What's important to remember is that messing with the traffic and pissing it off is the worst thing to do.
Sending it to a free site steals from the tgp.
Sending to a tour upsets the surfer.
I think there are 2 main options.
1 replace the gallery with another gallery of a similar niche which you have the legal rights to use. You make money and the tgp is happy and the surfers are happy.
2. is a straight 404. you lose nothing. The tgp just has a dead gallery. And the surfer isn't tricked or screwed.
Most other options trick the surfer or steal from the tgp. If you are doing that you are looking for trouble.
