So guys I paid for and sent in apps are having to pay again just to make sure they are covered. You guys really need to consider giving the call center or someone access to the members list so guys can call in and make sure they are in. If the list of members is sent to this third party and it is missing names all hell will probably break loose. At this moment nobody is confident that you guys will have this list 100% accurate, everyone is scared their name will be missing, myself included. I got a letter but never a email. I realize you guys are swamped but come on man, hire 2 temps to answer the phone so guys can be assured they are members. There is too much at stake here to not do this.

Choker, I've been working from home. I didn't get the message. Hit me up at
[email protected], and I'll get back to you.
I know I'm asking for trouble, but here goes. If anyone is concerned that their app hasn't been counted, send me an email and I will make sure that they are placed against whatever we've gotten in. If you did submit an application with all the required information, the email to me will be a final confirmation that you're good. That's all I can offer right now, and people have been doing it all day long anyway. I don't mind!
With so little time to go, our position is that we should use every resource we have to meet demand and sign people up rather than call them back to confirm.
