According to the law:

Sec. 75.8 Location of the statement.
c) Any other film or videotape shall contain the required
statement within one minute from the start of the film or videotape, and before the opening scene, and shall display the statement for a sufficient duration to be read by the average viewer.

Thats fucked. I'm interpreting this to mean that even on an mgp / tgp gallery, I'd have to put 2257 statements at the beginning for "the average user to read"... how long is that? 5s of a 20s clip? FUCK.
