Anyone here consider what happens if you do business with one of these kids?

Say Momma finds out, calls the cops and some cop starts digging. Finds mssgs in ICQ or where ever where you are agreeing to set up links etc etc etc (with a minor)

Contractual law aside (as well as free porn sites that follow the current laws for access)

You can get charged with:

Pandering obscenity to a minor (ALL porn is obscene to a minor under most state laws)

Contributing to the delinquency of a minor...

And there is a whole host of other laws pertaining to this area... they might not be specific to the adult industry but they could and WOULD be applied.

Now YOU are set up for: high fines and in alot of states jail time. We are looking at class one misdemeanors as well as felonies in some states.

What could you do if they find the evidence you know you are dealing wtih a kid? Not a D*MNED thing but pay the fine and do the time. A minor is basically shielded with the contract laws and what not.

And get a nasty judge in a bad mood (which they are quite often) and the not knowing they are a minor won't help a whole lot.

Who wants to deal with that BS... wondering if they are gonna come a'knockin' from some jerk 16 yr old wanting to make cigarette money?

Nevermind that all the sponsors we have ever come acrossed has in their TOS that you muct be 18.

You fine upstanding folks crying for the kiddies to be allowed to play think about that law angle. The cops will be getting worse and worse when this sort of thing surfaces and will be hunting for everyone dealing with the kid. I believe its: KLANK... click click when those cell doors shut.
