yep, I'd say 99.99% of the time you read about Pit Bull attacks you find out (in the small print) that a. the dog isn't really a pit or b. the owner of the dog was a tweaker/dog breeder/gangsta.
Bad owners make for bad dogs, it doesn't matter what breed you're talking about.
