Whoa.com - Project Description

"All Purpose Guys Site", with different "Whoa" categories, oriented around an image rating system (which we also need coded):

Girls ? hot girls will face off and there will be weekly face offs, between the highest rated girl from the current week, and the highest rated girl from the previous week.
i.e.: hot girls will face off (and users will be able to submit), and at the end of each week, there will be a weekly winner..
the winner of the prior week will then compete against the winner of the current week
Cars ? same thing with cars
Motorcycles
etc.etc.etc.

VBulletin integration is necessary (sharing a user database, most likely using VBs, since it is so advanced.
