the ingredients are a mystery, it came from an indian curry house but they later stopped doing it because they said it was just too dangerous (?).
i cannot describe the taste, it was extremely hot, I imagine there was some coriander and mint perhaps though too. it turned a seekh (sp?) kebab into the most heavenly meal on earth!
