Bottom line: "Greater economic good" is a Walmart over most neighborhoods.
The ruling basically overturned the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution, which prohibits the taking of property by government except for "public use." That means now instead of only being allowed to take property for public projects big businesses will be able to come in and claim an area is economically depressed (could be said for most of the country) and the government can take low and sell high
