Look at it his way. Say your site is not compliant now. So the DOJ sees your site, well now they have to go to this master list to see if that person is a member of the FSC before they can go forward with an investigation. Now it comes back that you are so you can't be touched. YET. Now the DOJ knows for a FACT you are a member of the FSC, add to the fact that you are not in compliance now and you bet your sweet ass in 10 weeks you are going to be at the top of the list for them to go after.

Thats pretty much what our attorneys told us too
Except, they also added the part where is someone who is on the FSC memberlist has ALREADY commited a crime (read as isnt compliant) that agreement offers them no protection whatsoever however, on the flip side, it does mean the DOJ can get 'disclosure' of the FSC memberlist thus, getting a list of names and addresses of every single FSC member.. Legally
Must make FSC members feel a lot safer knowing that one fuckhead could get their details released to the DOJ.
