The Database does fill all human verification codes, although there are still problems with some Sites that use cumus thumbs, but that's simply because their codes are sometimes too hard to get detected automatic properly. But that's a problem every submission software has to deal with, could be due to the fact that they were made to avoid autosubmission
I personally would generally avoid autosubmission, just submit to the Database manually for a while, which is nearly as fast as autosubmission if you use Advancedsubmitters hotkeys (~10-15 sites per minute), and apply for partner accounts. And after 1-2 months add your gained partner accounts and move the Sites that have sent you the most traffic up in the submission list (increase their weight). That way you'll have a submission list that perfectly suits your gallery within a rather short time.
And for those Sites that have only sent you very little or no traffic you can enable autosubmission, just check the autosubmission box next to each site
