Yeap they are non profit cant argure that. But to comply as non profit you cant have nothing left over at the end of the fiscal year. How much you think they are pullin in off of this? Were is all this money going? You cant even get thru to to buy a membership its so damn busy. how much you think they are makin for there salary? come on man Shit they might be pullin in your type of income. I would love to see there records.
"So your beef is that they gave the list to a third party. Are you even a member ? They said the third party is safe and the DOJ will not have access to it. I trust them. MY name is on the list."
Yes my beef is they gave a list to a thrid party. When you say one thing and do another that is a problem. Also to let you know i dont need a attorny i am fully 2257 compliant now

what they did with the rest of the money??
Our member services include:
Legislative watchdog for the industry
Lobbying at the state and federal level
Public education
Member education on legal obligations
As a last resort, litigation on key issues
All those things cost money. This Litigation is costing them a lot i am sure. I wouldn't be surprised if it cost more then what they have taken in. Does anyone know if Sirkin and the legal dream team is working for free ? I am curious....
your spliting hairs. so lets get this right, what did they say exactly? did they say they would never give the info to the DOJ, did they say that your info would be safe? Show me a quote. Things change as the situation changes, the main point is the info is safe. The DOJ does not have it. The FSC is there to protect us, they are not going to give you info up to the DOJ, well in your case thats impossible.
