Free Speech Coalition is the trade association of the adult entertainment industry. As a 501 (c)(6) not-for-profit corporation, FSC is funded by membership dues as well as by fundraising efforts.

Point is it's a lot less then you would have to pay to get your own attorney. Point is that they are the only ones standing up for us and you people still want to complain about them. Point is you guys have no valid point, and just want to bitch.

So your beef is that they gave the list to a third party. Are you even a member ? They said the third party is safe and the DOJ will not have access to it. I trust them. MY name is on the list. Do you really think the DOJ couldn't get your name if they wanted it. MY PERSONAL OPINION is that they would rather mess with a non FSC member then a FSC member. If the non member can't afford the $300 then chances are he can not afford his own attorny (in most cases). Or that the person is so ignorant to what is going on they wont think it will happen to them. Either way it would be easier for them to go up against you alone then against you + the FSC.
